Originally from Chicago, she graduated from Columbia College Chicago in 2015 with a concentration in radio broadcasting. Jess spent nearly ten years in local radio across Chicago, Nashville, and Savannah, working as both an on‑air personality and promotions director. Throughout that decade, Jess developed a strong foundation in storytelling, audience engagement, and brand communication; skills that now shape her work in social media and real estate.
