If Google allowed **six stars**, Mary Ann Sinclair would get them without hesitation.

My family and I were on a mission to find a home in Savannah for our son as he begins medical school. The timeline was tight, our expectations were high, and our touring schedule bordered on Olympic endurance training. Over two weekends Mary Ann cheerfully guided us through nearly 20 houses a day, somehow maintaining energy, humor, and sharpness the entire time.

A few things stood out. First, Mary Ann knows Savannah real estate exceptionally well. She was quick to point out the subtle differences between neighborhoods, construction styles, and investment potential—often before we even thought to ask. Second, she has a remarkable ability to keep the process organized while still making it fun. After the tenth house of the day most people would start fading…Mary Ann somehow got stronger.

Most importantly, she listened. When we started refining what we were looking for, she shifted instantly and helped us zero in on the right property. Her guidance during negotiations and closing was calm, strategic, and incredibly effective.  I’m not sure we would have successfully closed on the house without her.

Buying a home can be stressful. Mary Ann managed to make it productive, efficient, and—somehow—enjoyable.

If you need a realtor in Savannah who is knowledgeable, hardworking, organized, and capable of surviving marathon house-hunting sessions with a good sense of humor intact, Mary Ann Sinclair is the one you want in your corner.
